OrthoPulse uses near-infrared light — the same part of the light spectrum you feel as warmth from the sun — to stimulate activity in the bone surrounding your tooth roots. The mechanism is called photobiomodulation, and is used in medicine for skin care, hair growth, pain relief, and wound healing.
